Halapur Forte is a powerful cleaner and disinfectant in one that derives its effectiveness from a quaternary ammonium compound. Its applications include the food, leisure, healthcare and agricultural sectors. Halapur Forte combats viruses, bacteria, yeasts and moulds. The detergent and disinfectant is effectively used for cleaning and disinfecting laboratories. It is also used for disinfecting areas where people and animals stay (except animal transport) and in the catering industry.

Halapur Forte has a short penetration time. Among other things, it can be used with a foam lance (at low pressure), producing a solid foam layer that adheres well to vertical surfaces. The cleaner and disinfectant is non-corrosive on metals and other materials. The disinfecting action of Halapur Forte is based on wall absorption of micro-organisms. This changes the permeability of the cell wall and the cell content of the micro-organism leaks out. This results in the death of the micro-organism. Resistance formation is therefore not excluded. Alternative use of Halamid is therefore recommended. Halapur Forte becomes ineffective if it comes into contact with soap or synthetic detergents. Therefore, do not use any other detergent.
